As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities across multiple locations, including but not limited to Appleton, Green Bay, Sheboygan, Racine, and Milwaukee, WI.
Position: Custodian/Janitorial Services
Locations: Appleton, WI | Green Bay, WI | Sheboygan, WI | Racine, WI | Milwaukee, WI
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins.
- Refill paper products and soap dispensers.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals properly.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Ensure all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience is required.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers is a plus.
- Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Requirements:
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and some weekends.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites across the listed locations.
