Project Architect / Project Manager (Hybrid)
Location : Detroit MI area

Responsibilities :
Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented setting.
Show creativity and self-motivation, with strong presentation and organizational abilities.
Oversee all phases of project development, from initial schematic design through to construction administration and final project completion.
Ensure the project team’s performance aligns with quality standards and design objectives.
Actively contribute to office-wide initiatives and participate in marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
7 years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Revit and / or AutoCAD software.
Demonstrate creativity and self-motivation, along with strong organizational and presentation skills.
Opportunity to engage in all stages of the project lifecycle, from design through to construction administration.
