Job Title : Project Architect
Job Responsibilities :
Participate in all phases of project work, including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration support.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and consulting engineers to develop innovative solutions for clients across multiple sectors.
Maintain regular interaction with clients, ensuring effective communication and a thorough understanding of project requirements.
Assist in producing detailed construction documents and ensuring accuracy in project deliverables.
Redline drawings and provide support during construction administration as required.
Work effectively both as a team leader and as a support member to facilitate successful project delivery.
Job Requirements
5-Year Bachelor’s Degree or 4-Year Associate Degree with a Master’s Degree.
6 years of experience
Professional registration is not required, but preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD or Revit, (proficiency in both is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team collaboration.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger project team.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
