Summary

As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier at 3 B's Truck & Auto Plaza, you will be the face of our business, providing outstanding service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. This role is cashier first, along with customer service there is light cleaning to assigned areas with specific duties, as well as stocking drinks in the cooler.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services.
• Operate the cash registers accurately, processing transactions and handling cash efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve customer experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
• Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus.
• Experience in product demonstrations or sales techniques is beneficial but not required.
