Description

As a Customer Support Representative at 3C LLC, you will be a key member of our customer support team, responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail and wholesale customers. You will play an integral role in addressing customer inquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients. With your strong communication skills, product knowledge, and problem-solving abilities, you will contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality hemp-derived products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels.
  • Provide detailed information about our product offerings, including hemp-derived CBD, hemp oil, and other related products.
  • Assist customers in navigating the company's website and placing orders, addressing issues related to order status, product details, shipping, or payment processing.
  • Offer guidance on the proper usage and dosage of hemp products, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Monitor and update order statuses, including shipping, delivery, and returns.
  • Address shipping and fulfillment issues by collaborating with the logistics or warehouse teams.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and work to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products and services.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in CRM or service management software.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's hemp products and stay up to date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product innovations.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate potential product or supply issues to relevant teams to manage customer expectations proactively.
  • Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to sales targets.
  • Assist with gathering customer feedback and insights for product development or improvement.
  • Help with the preparation and mailing of promotional materials or product samples.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy in CRM systems.
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of industry regulations.
  • Support the onboarding of new customer service team members.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or support, preferably in the health and wellness, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Experience in the CBD, hemp, or natural products industry is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Educational Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A degree in business, communications, health sciences, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
  • Certification in customer service or sales (e.g., Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)) is a bonus.
