Job Description
This role requires a highly motivated and skilled individual who can expertly match our products and services to clients' needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for closing appointments by demonstrating our unique Value Proposition and building trust and credibility. They will properly execute all systems and procedures to ensure client satisfaction and avoid order errors that may negatively impact the company's reputation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently but also function effectively as part of a team. A high school degree or equivalent is required, with some college work preferred. Availability to work full-time five days per week, including one weekend day, is essential.
Proficiency in using a PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs is necessary, as well as the ability to quickly learn and follow new technology processes and systems. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance are also required. Additionally, the ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds is necessary for the job.
