Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients in their homes to discuss their window treatment needs and preferences.

Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; some college education preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in relationship selling, preferably in-home or outside sales, retail environment, or similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build rapport with clients.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing client needs.
- Proficiency in using PC and Microsoft Windows-based programs.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and proof of insurance.
