Job Description:
- Work cross-functionally to collect, prioritize, and maintain business needs from partners
- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to communicate status
- Follow client’s governance processes, procedures, specifications, design controls, and
- applicable compliance standards and guidance documents
- Assist in driving decisions by using the Decision Making Framework (D- Decision maker, Advice Giver, I- Informed) develop project schedules, project coordination and status reporting
- Track key project milestones, implement and manage changes to meet the project outputs
- Ensure participation in functional and cross-functional management reviews
- Provide meeting facilitation, including development of meeting agenda and minutes
- Develop, evaluate, and manage business case and cost/benefit analysis
- Develop and use project plans and schedules to measure and report progress
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and sponsors regarding project progress, issues, and plans for resolution
- Develop and share lessons learned and best practices
- Utilize project management processes, software and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards

- Experience in working in an international environment, ability to liaise/communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Apply project management best practices in the development, initiation, planning, execution, control & closing of projects.
- Deliver project goals on budget and on schedule.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver results and attain project goals/targets.
- Develop, evaluate, and manage the business case and cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop processes and procedures related to distribution and reverse logistics
- Develop plans to support organizational change management (including training and communications).
- Communicate proactively with stakeholders and sponsors regarding project progress, issues, and plans for resolution.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management or Life Science with 3 years of product development experience in the medical device or pharma industry.
- Experience managing and influencing in a matrix organization
- Ability to tactfully and effectively negotiate and influence at various levels of organization
- Technical background with understanding of medical device / pharmaceutical manufacture and commercialization
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools and collaboration practices including MS project, MS Teams
