The Gradient Group is seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Developer to join our growing team. What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain: Build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and performant front-end code for our talent sourcing platform.
• Collaborate: Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and accessible code.
• Problem-solve: Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Innovate: Stay up-to-date on the latest front-end technologies and trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform.
• Test: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
  
  

You'll Need This

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
• Expert-level proficiency in React, AWS, Firebase, Node.js, JavaScript, and Mogel.
• A deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience. Compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
