What are the responsibilities and job description for the HVAC Install Apprentice position at 3 Mountains Home Services?

We continue to grow every year and are currently looking for a full-time HVAC Install Apprentice to join our team.
No experience required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We will train you on the job with paid training included. We have an on-site training facility with paid and/or reimbursement programs for licensing and schooling. Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business.
The primary duties of an HVAC Install Technician are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service as this is primarily what we do. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
