Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Mixologist to join our team! As a Mixologist, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and restaurant industry, preferably with experience in high-end dining.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques and ingredients into the beverage program.
- Utilize Toast POS for order processing and inventory management.
- Interact with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction with their beverage choices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and coordinate drink orders during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling practices at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail ingredients.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages effectively.
- Commitment to food safety standards and practices.
- Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
- A passion for creating unique cocktail experiences and a desire to continually learn about new trends in mixology.
- Certification from a recognized bartending school or mixology program is a plus!
