Position Overview:
The 3-Pillars Partner is an experienced coach and consultant who plays a key role in helping 3-Pillars Performance Group fulfill its mission to optimize leadership, culture, and strategy for businesses. This role involves coaching, facilitating workshops, and consulting to drive results for our clients, aligning with our guiding principles of growth mindset, integrity, resilience, excellence, and client success. The Partner will work with small to mid-sized organizations and executive teams, helping them maximize their potential through transformative, data-driven strategies and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and Consulting: Provide one-on-one executive coaching, team facilitation, and strategic consulting to organizations aiming to optimize their performance.
- Client Success: Deliver measurable outcomes that align with clients' goals, ensuring their success and growth are achieved through effective execution of strategies.
- Facilitation: Lead workshops and strategic planning sessions using 3-Pillars' methodologies to guide leadership teams in defining their goals, aligning on key priorities, and executing effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, embracing innovation and pushing boundaries for both clients and yourself.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the 3-Pillars team, contributing to the overall success of the firm and collaborating on various projects and initiatives.
- Business Development: Help build the 3-Pillars brand by fostering relationships with new clients and maintaining strong relationships with current clients.

Requirements:
- Experience: 10 years of experience in executive coaching, consulting, or a leadership role in a business environment.
- Expertise: Proficiency in strategic planning, team alignment, leadership development, and coaching methodologies.
- Location: Must be based in Tucson, AZ, and willing to travel for client engagements as necessary.
