Job Title: Project Support Coordinator
Location: Charleston, SC (Remote/Hybrid Based on Business Needs)

About the Role
3 Reasons Consulting, LLC (3RC) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Support Coordinator to provide vital assistance across key corporate functions. This role will involve vendor coordination, recruiting support, administrative tasks, and contract data management. As a Project Support Coordinator, you will work closely with a team of experienced professionals, gaining valuable hands-on experience in corporate operations while contributing to essential business processes. Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Onboarding Assistance
  • Help post job openings, review resumes, and coordinate candidate communications.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including documentation and access setup.
  • Maintain recruiting and onboarding records in company systems.
Operational & Administrative Support
  • Assist with vendor coordination, tracking software renewals, and maintaining corporate records.
  • Help organize corporate documents, contracts, and compliance files in SharePoint.
  • Support scheduling, deadline tracking, and general administrative tasks.
Process Optimization & Documentation
  • Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support compliance efforts by tracking key processes and deadlines.
  • Work with internal teams to identify and document process improvements.
Marketing & Employee Engagement
  • Help maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence and corporate branding efforts.
  • Assist with employee recognition programs and corporate gifting.
  • Support coordination of company-wide events and internal communications.
Qualifications
  • Education: High School
  • Experience with recruiting, process documentation, or corporate vendor coordination is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft365, SharePoint, and OneDrive
  • Clearance: Public Trust/Background check required
