Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and resolving issues promptly
* Manage the front-of-house operations, including seating guests, taking reservations, and coordinating with kitchen staff
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a host, food runner, or server in a comparable restaurant
* Knowledge of craft beer and brewing is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
