Job Title: Hostess
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced hostess to join our team at 3-sons-brewing-co. As a hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house operations, including seating guests, serving drinks, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with our servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and efficient table turnover.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, beer selection, and brewing process to make informed recommendations to guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive dining environment by being approachable, attentive, and knowledgeable about our products and services.
Requirements
- At least 2 years' experience as a host, food runner, or server in a comparable restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of craft beer and brewing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, FOH staff, and BOH staff.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
