Responsibilities:
* Greet guests, answer questions, and resolve issues promptly
* Manage the front-of-house operations, including seating guests, taking reservations, and coordinating with kitchen staff
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
* Collaborate with servers and bartenders to ensure seamless service delivery
Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Physical stamina to stand for long periods, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
