Salary: $55k-65k $4k incentive

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm (in person, because your magic needs to be felt in the room).

Our client, a rising star in agricultural equipment distribution, is on the hunt for a superstar Service Parts Coordinator to join their Aftermarket team. If you thrive on keeping things running smoothly and love connecting people with the right parts at the right time, this full-time, permanent role is your ticket. You’ll be the hero behind the scenes, working with everyone—from customers to service techs and suppliers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Parts Mastermind: You’ll oversee the entire life cycle of parts orders, from requests to deliveries, ensuring technicians and customers have exactly what they need.
• Quote Guru: Whether it’s customers or techs, you’ll prepare and follow up on quotes like a pro, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
• Tech Support: You’ll be the go-to link for technicians, ensuring smooth communication between the Service and Parts teams.
• Order Wizard: Track part orders, handle backorders, and ensure nothing gets lost in the shuffle.
• Inventory Hero: Keep van inventories, shop supplies, and steel orders in top shape, so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Occasional Road Warrior: Sometimes, a parts delivery calls for a superhero—you.
• Clean & Safe: Your workspace is your command center, and you keep it tidy and compliant with all Health & Safety policies.
  
  

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 1 year of experience in a dealership or equipment company (bonus if it’s ag-related!).
• You’re a natural multitasker, organized, and ready to roll in a fast-paced environment.
