What Will You Be Doing?
Work in Computer Ease and Field ease software to manage land development projects
Issue PO’s to vendors
Oversee the invoicing and processing of all Accounts Receivable. Ensuring deposits are made accurately and within established deadlines
Cash management, including day-to-day administration of accounts payable
Analyze actual production and material costs and prepare reports comparing estimated vs. actual costs
Responsible for all monthly WIP report analysis, including all accounting related entries
Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations to complete the month-end close process
Handle all local tax filings
Provide financial reporting and support to operations personnel as needed
Evaluate and make recommendations to improve and standardize processes and procedures
What Will You Bring?
Bachelor's degree in accounting
3 years of experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
Process, deadline and detail oriented
A positive attitude and works well with others
Organized
Strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively
Experience with work in process or job costing a plus
Experience with Computer Ease or Foundation software is a plus!
