About the Role:
Arbor/Silverthorne Homes is looking for a reliable and detailed individual to become part of our quality assurance team. This individual must have a working knowledge of new home construction. The ideal candidate will be able to document findings and must have strong verbal and written skills. The individual that is selected must be able to work in a team environment. Our quality team performs property inspections on both new home construction and occupied homes. The candidate must be able to conduct themselves with integrity and trustworthiness. Project management skills are required. The ability to maintain a calendar schedule is also required.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Perform indoor and outdoor property inspections.
- Coordinate property repairs as needed.
- Coordinate new home inspections with a production team.
- Provide detailed inspections of new home construction.
- Photograph with your phone construction issues.
- Respond to customers and work with team members in a professional manner.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Must be able to offer detailed information while reporting your findings.
- Must have a working knowledge of home construction and new home performance standards.
- Must be able to explain to a customer basic warranty coverage and set proper warranty expectations.
- Will attend Quality assurance team meetings and required corporate meetings.
What Will You Bring?
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Work experience in the building industry
- Sound knowledge of residential new home performance standards
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Basic phone and computer skills
- Good time management skills
- Strong Work ethics and must be trustworthy.
