Social Media & Content Assistant

Mungo Homes has an opening for an Assistant on our Marketing team who will focus on social media and content!

This position is currently based out of the Columbia, SC office with the primary function to support the Marketing efforts throughout the Mungo footprint.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (performs other duties as assigned)

• Open and sort mail daily.
• Social media strategy, content & management.
• Create organic content for social media campaigns.
• Organize, manage and order inventory of promotional items, collateral and paper stock.
• Order business cards and name tags.
• Responsibilities to be handled regionally – Central Region:
• Maintain Basecamp (internet-based project tracking software).
• Maintain market home inventory on the website and assist with other website updates.
• Create and manage flyers for New Home Advisors.
• Assist with community events as needed.
• Manage market home photography.
• Assist with the signage program, including community signage and directionals.
• Process Community/Agent Marketing expense reports, where applicable.
• Other duties as requested by the Director of Marketing.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related administrative experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Building industry experience a plus.

Required Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Foxit PDF Editor
• Ability to learn KOVA software; HubSpot, BaseCamp
