Process Brief: Fundamentals & Deep Sector Quality team is responsible for identifying inaccuracies in the data and implementing measures to improve the data quality across the FactSet Fundamentals (Supercore FF Reimagine, SCAR, VIMS & IRG). Job Summary: As a Associate Content Quality Specialist you are responsible to conduct quality checks to measure the accuracy and completeness of Equity Research Analyst’s (ERA) work. This includes detailed, monsters and other types of audits. Ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner and within the audit timeframe. Participate in FF Tech Pro and Calibration Exercise and achieve 100% accuracy score on these tests. Make sure that reviews are conducted carefully so that there are no further errors caught in RPD/VIMS. Be involved in the preparation of policy documentations by providing ample samples to Content Policy. Participate in the review and discussion of policy issues before the release of CP documentation. Ensure open and regular communication with Equity Research to be informed and updated of the overall collection process to meet their audit requirements. Adhere to FactSet rules and regulations Responsibilities: Conduct random Quality Control audits of FactSet collected content. Improved data quality. Identify any errors in the collected content and classify appropriately. Provide root cause analysis and feedback on errors found during audits to Research Analysts. Improved data quality. Feedback provided helps Analysts avoid making future errors. Perform research and analysis as part of special projects to cleanse data sets of detected errors. Improved data quality. Identify, escalate, or correct errors as part of the special project. Participate in training/testing to build knowledge and skills working with Content sets as well as Quality/Process Improvement methods. Improved knowledge and understanding of Content as well as Content Processes enables ACQS to better identify errors and areas for process improvement. Required Skills: Minimum of 6 months in Senior Research Analyst role or equivalent training, education or experience (recommended) Advanced understanding of at least one content process area Strong data aptitude and analytical skills Ability to conduct basic root cause analysis and classification Effectively communicates and collaborates with other teams Should have been trained on Equinox and Helios applications in FFR.
