- Physician-led practice seeking additional full-time Hospitalists to be a part of the hospitalist team at Essentia Health Hospital in Fargo, ND
- Department of 14 full-time hospitalists and NP support
- Excellent compensation package with paid malpractice insurance

- Patient load per hospitalist averages 14-17
- No procedures required
- Specialty and 24/7 intensivist support
- Flexible shifts and scheduling
- Day, admitting, and nocturnist opportunities available
REQUIREMENTS
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine
- BC/BE in Family Medicine with a strong interest and experience in hospital-based care (opportunity for mentorship)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team orientation
LOCATION
- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 3.5 hours west of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Fargo-Moorhead population: 200,000
- Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
COMPENSATION
- $337,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
