Role Overview: Expedia Group’s Media Studio is an in-house agency serving the creative needs of our commercial Partners - creating bespoke content, advertising, social and PR campaigns to run across our media network, and beyond. We are seeking a Junior Creative to support on the development of branded campaigns and pitches - working alongside a talented team of other Creatives, Strategists and Producers. You’ll be comfortable creating compelling, contemporary narratives that match our brand tone of voice, whilst also delivering against Partner brand or commercial objectives and engaging our hard-to-reach global audiences. You’ll be as happy working alone as you are in a team, and you’ll be confident pitching your ideas to internal and external audiences. This role is perfect for a passionate individual with a flair for creating dynamic, contemporary advertising and looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You'll Do: • Conceptualization: Collaborate with Senior Creatives and Strategists to develop conceptual advertising & content that aligns with both Expedia and our Partner’s brand and marketing objectives. • Copywriting: Craft engaging, clear, and persuasive copy that demonstrates an innate understanding of how to engage audiences through a wide variety of channels in a consistent tone of voice. • Art direction: Oversee the artistic direction of campaigns, ensuring that visual elements align with your overall creative vision and relevent brand guidelines. • Social: Develop strong, social-first ideas that are informed by the latest developments in platform functionality, user behaviour and technology. • Craft: Champion excellence in the execution of campaign assets, working with colleagues and external vendors to ensure that your creative vision is realised to the highest possible standard. • Creative Strategy: Demonstrate a keen interest in using market trends, audience insight and technological innovation to inform creative conceptualisation and development. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional, internal and external stakeholders (including Designers, Editors, and Producers), encouraging feedback to refine concepts and ensure efficient campaign delivery. Who You Are: • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a digital, content or social-led advertising agency or in-house creative team. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Creative Advertising or related field. • Skills: • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and passion for craft. • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms. • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into compelling content. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Good understanding of design and creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). • Attributes: • Passionate about travel and eager to inspire others. • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude. • Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to learn and grow. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $132,000 which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Chicago is is $74,000 to $103,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $118,500 which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in New York is $89,500.00 to $125,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $143,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
