Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating delicious cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or questions
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages
- Process payments accurately using cash registers or POS systems
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Requirements:
- experience as a Bartender
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during busy periods
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with TOAST POS system is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 21 years old
