We offer aesthetic services including injectables, laser treatments, facials, iv therapy, and a weight loss program.

**Job Summary:**

30A Medical Spa is seeking a professional and enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing a welcoming and supportive environment.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel

- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits

- Maintain electronic medical records in regards to scheduling and patient communications

- Process payments, manage cash transactions, and reconcile daily financial records.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.

-Provide information about services, pricing, and products offered by our practice.

-Assist other staff members as needed, including all providers and physicians.

-Utilize various software applications for appointment scheduling, electronic medical records (EMR), and payment processing

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience working in a medical office preferred

- Proficiency in using phone systems and basic administrative tasks

- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient service principles

- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
