Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour and up based on experience
Schedule: Part-time, 15-25 hours per week. Weekend availability is a must.

Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Exceptional communication skills. The ability to communicate clearly with the Chefs or highest management on the line.
- Cross-trained in the dish pit and can work dish shifts as needed.
- Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
- Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
- Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
- Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to the work area by hand or using hand trucks.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and working in a kitchen.
- Exposure to extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently.
- Must frequently immerse hands in water.
- Must be able to work in a hot and damp environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds at times.
- Manual dexterity to cut and chop foods and perform other related tasks.
