Tribute Eatery & Bar in Coralville, IA is looking for full-time & part-time Servers/Bartenders to join our team. Busy patio season means great tips. Whether you're looking for a seasonal job or looking to stay on the team all year, we have openings.
Starting Pay for fully trained Servers: $4.35 per hour tips, tipped out nightly.
Full-time staff BENEFITS: Available for all full-time employees who work on average 30 hours per week or more.

Job Description:
- Take food & beverage orders from customers and serve food & drinks as requested
- Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patron
- Keep restaurant & bar area clean, safe, and organized
- Mix drinks using an extensive range of ingredients including liquor, bitters, soda, water, sugar, and fruits
- Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers
- Monitor all patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels
- Assist in ensuring patrons have a safe ride home, calling a taxi or Uber when appropriate
- Maintain a well-stocked bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
- Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
- Place orders for liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies
- Slice, pit, and prepare fruit garnishes for drinks
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to pass the IOWA Program for Alcohol Compliance Training
