Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will utilize your knowledge of logistics and transportation management systems to provide exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate clearly and manage data entry tasks will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone systems, email, and other communication channels.
- Manage dispatching tasks to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Utilize various transportation software to track service and delivery routes.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records and billing.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate planning and fleet management activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, details, and any potential delays.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably within logistics or transportation.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
