We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to lead our in-house videography and photography team at our TikTok Creator Studio. This role involves producing engaging short-form, shoppable videos, overseeing live TikTok sessions, and managing a team to execute multiple projects simultaneously within our studio.
Key Responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Produce high-quality short-form videos and photographs tailored for TikTok, focusing on shoppable content that drives audience engagement and sales.
- Live Session Oversight : Supervise and coordinate live TikTok broadcasts, ensuring seamless execution and high production standards.
- Team Management : Lead a team of videographers, photographers, and assistants, delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow and concurrent project execution.
- Studio Operations : Oversee the setup and maintenance of studio equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, ensuring all are in optimal working condition.
