About the Role
We’re looking for a TikTok Video Producer to film, edit, and optimize short-form content in our Knoxville studio. You’ll collaborate with live sellers, creators, and our marketing team to produce high-quality, viral-ready videos that showcase products and boost engagement.
Key Responsibilities
🎥 Create Trend-Driven TikTok Content – Film and edit short-form videos, product demos, and engaging social content.
💡 Stay Ahead of Trends – Use trending audio, effects, and storytelling to maximize virality.
📍 Lead On-Site Filming – Manage studio equipment, lighting, and video production setup.
🤝 Collaborate with Creators & Sellers – Guide talent to produce high-converting content.
📈 Track Performance – Analyze views, engagement, and conversions to refine content strategy.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2 years in video production or social media content creation
✔ Experience creating successful TikTok content (personal or professional)
✔ Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok’s editing tools)
✔ Strong understanding of TikTok trends, storytelling, and audience behavior
✔ Familiarity with cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording
