About the Role
We need a hands-on leader to streamline warehouse operations, troubleshoot challenges, and implement process improvements. You’ll train and develop the team, oversee inventory control, and ensure smooth day-to-day fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
📦 Optimize Warehouse Operations – Improve workflows, streamline fulfillment, and resolve bottlenecks.
👥 Lead & Train the Team – Onboard and develop warehouse staff to maximize efficiency.
📊 Inventory & Process Control – Maintain stock accuracy, conduct audits, and ensure smooth logistics.
🗓 Schedule & Coordinate Workflows – Align shift planning with daily fulfillment targets.
🚛 Support Transition Strategy – Assist in selling excess inventory and optimizing future operations.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 3 years of warehouse operations experience (leadership preferred)
✔ Experience with WMS & fulfillment software
