What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restaurant Maintenance Tech position at 3137 Jersey Mike's Indian Trail?
Looking for someone that has experience in all aspects of maintenance. We are a local Multi concept casual restaurant company with 20 locations (Jersey Mike's Subs and Dave's Hot Chicken), and growing, that needs an in house maintenance tech to handle any HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, misc. carpentry, and any other routine repairs that a typical fast casual restaurant will have. Our stores are all around 1500 to 2500 square feet, so they are not your typical larger-scale restaurant concept. Must have their own tools (some will have to be purchased by the company) 2018 Nissan Cargo van NV2500 will be provided.
A 2-year HVAC certification is preferred. However, proper experience and an EPA card will be acceptable for the right candidate. The appropriate candidate will be energetic and enthusiastic and willing to think outside the box.
Following company procedures and policies is a must. This is a full-time position with availability to be on call in the event of an emergency.
This position has a junior tech who has been with the company for several years that will need some oversite and some mentoring.
