Overview
We are seeking an Injection Mold Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating injection molding machines and ensuring the quality of produced parts.
The Injection Mold Operator is responsible for all aspects of the injection mold machine operation including; completing setups, troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of injection mold equipment. Operates the machines and equipment used in the manufacturing of plastic products and will work with other employees to effectively meet or exceed expectations for product quality and production rates.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate injection molding machines
- Monitor the production process to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Perform basic maintenance on machines
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Read and follow operating manuals, specification guides and ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Perform any work deemed necessary by the Supervisor.
Skills
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with quality inspection processes
- Familiarity with calipers and micrometers a plus
- Understanding of machining processes in injection molding industry

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
