Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the production and manufacturing operations. This position requires a candidate who is detail oriented, able to work in a fast paced environment, and has the ability to prioritize duties. The Production Supervisor will supervise the production team and ensure quality and safety standards are met. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for all operations within the production department, including general cleaning, housekeeping, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and other operational functions.
Essential Functions:
- Supervise, coach and provide guidance to all production team members and ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Ensure all operations within the production department are completed in accordance with safety standards
- Meet and exceed written specifications for all production procedures and products through monitoring reports, raw materials, packaging, and employee actions.
- Assist and Supervise all cleaning and sanitation procedures including equipment, facilities, bathrooms, break rooms, and offices within facility.
- Obtain quotes from reputable vendors for goods/services.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the shift.
- Physical ability to perform tasks while standing, sitting, lifting, climbing and other activities for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to work and meet assigned deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision required; Ability to work as part of a team group or initiative with minimal supervision required;

- Follow safety standards and GMP practices while working with services and equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
