Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive inspections of homes, including structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

- Communicate inspection results clearly to clients, providing detailed reports on the condition of the property.
- Conduct follow-up inspections as necessary to verify that required repairs have been completed satisfactorily.
