We offer temperature-controlled and non-temperature-controlled freight delivery, including same-day express shipping and white glove service. Our operations are based in Mullins, South Carolina, and we were established in 2020.
Role
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for contacting customers and gaining new business. This role involves sharing information about our fleet availability and booking trucks 6–7 days a week. Our fleet consists of non-CDL trucks capable of transporting dry and refrigerated goods throughout the state. Training on fleet capabilities will be provided. Collaboration with internal team members, including the CEO, Lot Supervisor, Mechanic, and Dispatchers, will be an essential part of this role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (required).
- Transportation industry experience (preferred).
- Ability to work remotely.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Availability for occasional on-site meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Contact local customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Includes cold calling potential customers as necessary.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure ongoing business.
- Achieve annual sales growth of at least 5%.
