Property Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and profitability of our various rental properties. This role involves managing all aspects of our rental properties, including tenant relations, rent collections, property maintenance, and compliance with local laws.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the properties including: maintenance, tenant relations, rent collections, and property inspections.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and ensure excellent tenant relations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair teams to ensure all units are in good working condition and oversee necessary repairs or renovations.
- Screen potential tenants, conduct background checks, and process lease agreements.
- Maintain records of rental activity, maintenance requests, and expenses.
- Ensure all properties comply with all safety and local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate property showings and manage lease renewals.
- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments, proactively addressing any issues.
- Collect rent, deposits, and other fees and manage budget and financial reports.
- Coordinate eviction proceedings if necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in residential property management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate industry and property management principles.
- Proficient in property management software.
- Strong understanding of landlord-tenant laws.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- High School Diploma is required; a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or relevant field is preferred.
Property Managermust have the ability to travel as needed for property oversight and possess a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
