As a Digital Workplace Collaboration Architect with Kyndryl, you will be responsible for designing and implementing collaborative solutions that enhance communication and teamwork within the organization. This role involves leveraging advanced technologies to create a seamless and efficient digital workplace environment. You will have the chance to work with some of the world's most innovative and dynamic companies, helping them to achieve their business goals through the strategic implementation of technology. To excel in this role, you will need to be able to understand our customers’ needs and constraints, and apply industry knowledge and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design Collaborative Solutions: Develop and implement collaborative tools and platforms that improve team productivity and communication. Evaluate Technologies: Assess and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the digital workplace. Integration: Ensure seamless integration of collaborative tools with existing systems and workflows. User Training: Provide training and support to employees on the use of collaborative tools and platforms. Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to the implementation of collaborative solutions. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital workplace technologies. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction . In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in designing and implementing collaborative solutions in a digital workplace environment. Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of collaborative tools and platforms such as Microsoft O365, Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, Exchange. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud-based collaboration tools and platforms. Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to digital workplace solutions.
