This Position is a Full-Time: Temp to Hire Position.
This Position will report directly to the Supervisor of Customer Service and Director of Operations.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at 32 Bar Blues, you will be the face of our customer service operations, ensuring excellent service standards and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role involves handling communications via phone, email, and voicemail, coordinating with the distribution center, and directly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with order details using the MOM/NetSuite system.
- Address and resolve customer service issues, escalating them to the Supervisor of Customer Service when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Distribution Center team to resolve issues related to mis picked or revised outbound orders.
- Maintain proficiency with our customer service database systems (MOM/NetSuite).
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and contribute to team meetings.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong capability in handling phone calls, voicemail, and emails efficiently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive customer information.
- Competent in multitasking and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, sit regularly, work on a computer, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Dress code: Warehouse appropriate attire, no open-toe shoes allowed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as market and business considerations. Hourly Rate: $19.00.
