We aim to lead the markets we serve by requiring the solutions we offer customers provide an improved benefit/risk profile as compared to existing standards of care; a performance threshold that by definition, guides and ensures the productive output of our engineering, business development, and clinical research efforts result in outcomes that advance the standard of care.

This pivotal role involves close collaboration with finance, commercial, supply chain, and marketing teams to drive process improvements, product lifecycle planning strategies (including product launches and phase-outs), commercial strategy modeling, field inventory management, and the management of systems and metrics to measure performance.
We are looking for a proactive problem solver who is comfortable with ambiguity and can lead a team to achieve results. If you have a strong background in business and marketing and are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
This is an energetic and dynamic opportunity to be at the forefront of growth in the Structural Heart division. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the US organization, driving significant improvements in our business processes, and contributing to our success.
