WHAT YOULL DO Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Own and execute end-to-end social media strategies for 321 and its clients, ensuring brand consistency and audience growth.
- Develop and implement innovative, platform-specific content plans for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling, execution, and optimization of posts.
- Be a proactive leader in community management, fostering engagement and responding to inquiries professionally and in alignment with brand voice.
- Guide brands in best practices, trend adoption, and emerging platform opportunities to maintain relevance and engagement.
- Ensure all social content is optimized for performance, SEO-friendly, and data-informed.
- Lead social media performance tracking, analysis, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor social trends, audience behaviors, and platform updates to adjust strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Develop detailed reports that measure key KPIs, ROI, and engagement impact.
- Support the Senior Content Strategist in refining messaging, audience targeting, and campaign adjustments based on data.
- Work closely with Creative, Paid Media, and Content Strategy teams to execute integrated campaigns.
- Partner with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure high-quality, brand-aligned content.
- Collaborate with influencers and external partners to enhance brand storytelling.
- Support public relations efforts, identifying opportunities for media partnerships and collaborations.
- Bring fresh, bold ideas to 321 and client brands, shaping the future of social media within the agency.
- Mentor junior team members, offering guidance on strategy, execution, and creative development.
- Own social media processes, implementing systems for efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, educating internal teams and clients on emerging technologies and social behaviors.
- 4 years of social media experience, preferably within a creative agency or high-profile brand setting.
- A proven track record of managing and growing brands across multiple social platforms.
- Strong copywriting, content strategy, and editorial skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable strategy.
- Experience working with social media management tools (Sprout, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) and reporting platforms.
- A deep understanding of social algorithms, engagement strategies, and best practices.
