Objetivo principal del puesto:
Coordinar las actividades de implementación del sistema de administración en áreas de Manufactura, Calidad y de soporte, asegurando el alineamiento con el modelo de excelencia operacional vigente, incluyendo la ejecución de aplicaciones de ingeniería industrial que apoyen el programa de VIP´s (Value Improvement Projects) y proceso de presupuesto anual.
Principales Actividades y Responsabilidades:
1. Asegura el cumplimiento del modelo de excelencia operacional en las áreas de Manufactura y Calidad.
2. Coordinación en la implementación de las herramientas de mejora requeridas, así como el entrenamiento requerido en los equipos de trabajo.
3. Mantiene un constante despliegue de información del modelo de Excelencia Operacional.
4. Gestiona las proyecciones de costos de nuevos productos.
5. Elaboración de presupuesto de Manufactura. (VIP´s, CAPEX, Rutas de trabajo, Listas de materiales).
6. Elaboración de forecast de Manufactura. (VIP´s, CAPEX)
7. Cálculo de ahorros generados por proyectos. (VIP´s)
8. Administración del programa CAPEX.
9. Cálculo de capacidad de planta.
10. Participación en programas de Knowledge Sharing.
11. Suministro de información para Benchmarking regionales.
Escolaridad:
Carrera profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica o carrera afín.
Experiencia:
3 años de experiencia en procesos de Manufactura y Mejora continua.
Conocimientos:
Manejo de inglés a nivel avanzado.
Administración y Evaluación de proyectos.
Sistemas de Calidad y Control estadístico de proceso.
Lean Manufacturing.
