Position Overview :
We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender / Server to provide outstanding service, craft delicious drinks, and enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to create a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet guests warmly and provide knowledgeable recommendations on food and drink offerings.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Deliver prompt and professional service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash / credit payments responsibly.
- Follow all alcohol service laws and company policies to ensure responsible service.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with side work, restocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
