Jewelry Production and Client Services Manager

Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Jewelry Production and Client Services Manager to oversee custom jewelry and engagement ring production, vendor relationships, client communication, and shop operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end production of custom jewelry and engagement rings.
• Communicate with jewelers and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality production.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and fulfilling their design needs.
• Source and select fine gemstones and diamonds for custom projects.
• Work closely with in-house jewelers on repairs and special orders.
• Maintain and track inventory of loose diamonds and gemstones.
• Assist in pricing, appraising, and purchasing jewelry for consignment or trade-ins.
• Handle website inquiries and customer communications.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of jewelry production, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Familiar with jewelry appraisal, ecommerce platforms, and email marketing tools.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about the jewelry industry and delivering great customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
