Overview: We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Jewelry Production and Client Services Manager to oversee custom jewelry and engagement ring production, vendor relationships, client communication, and shop operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end production of custom jewelry and engagement rings.
- Communicate with jewelers and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality production.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding and fulfilling their design needs.
- Source and select fine gemstones and diamonds for custom projects.
- Work closely with in-house jewelers on repairs and special orders.
- Maintain and track inventory of loose diamonds and gemstones.
- Assist in pricing, appraising, and purchasing jewelry for consignment or trade-ins.
- Handle website inquiries and customer communications.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of jewelry production, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing projects and leading teams.
- Familiar with jewelry appraisal, ecommerce platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
