Position Overview :
The Restaurant Technology Support Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall digital health of Burger King restaurants. This position involves the effective and strategic monitoring of core order injection processes to identify and resolve issues that may cause restaurants to operate below optimal digital health standards.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Drive Innovation and Performance Improvements : Involves generating comprehensive summary statistics to provide a clear overview of performance metrics.
- Develop and Mature Relationships : Maintain and strengthen existing relationships by working collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
- Data Analysis and Process Development : Encompasses applying established procedures and leveraging first-hand knowledge to accurately identify and address problems.
- Project Management and Problem-Solving : Prioritize tasks and execute detailed work plans to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and Improve Performance : Continuously monitor and drive the reliability, availability, and overall digital performance of restaurant health systems.
- Effective Communication and Leadership : This includes listening actively to peers and supervisors, responding by sharing operational information in a logical, clear, and coherent manner.
- Work Management and Training : Encompasses creating comprehensive trainings and documentation that outlines procedures in detail.
- On-Call and Weekend Support : Responsibility includes providing on-call and weekend support to ensure continuous team engagement and operational stability.
- Industry Insight and Knowledge Sharing : Requires a deep understanding of RBI's vision and an awareness of the key participants, practices, and trends within the QSR industry.
