- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ML, AI, and Gen AI initiatives, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Ability to influence decision making across wide a variety of roles and levels in the organization
- Proven record to handle multiple complex initiatives and deliver quality results
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project goals are met.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team, leveraging expertise in ML, AI, and Gen AI technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in ML, AI, and Gen AI technologies and apply them to project planning and execution.
- Proven ability to self-manage and drive results (organize, prioritize, time manage and focus).
- Experience with cloud native ecosystems as well as legacy systems
- Excellent communication skills required to translate business needs into technical terms
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on project software delivery
- Solid understanding of ML, AI, and Gen AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering complex engineering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools
