MSA Home Health , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, is currently seeking an experienced Part-Time / PRN Home Health Social Worker / MSW for our Home Health location in Pinellas and Pasco Counties, FL .
- Provides social work services in accordance with the physician’s plan of treatment.
- Works with the interdisciplinary team directly, or through coordination of team members, to provide appropriate assessment and support patients and families.
- Provides assessment for normal and complicated grief and provides bereavement counseling as appropriate.
- Serves as a liaison with other community resources.
