YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This position is responsible for long-term and short-term planning activities, production scheduling to meet inventory and customer service targets for Louisville Distilling Company (LDC), tracking and analysing KPIs to create action plans for improvement, coordinating communication between customer service, production, and procurement teams, and analysing long term planning scenarios for production optimization, innovations, and other situations to achieve LDC goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute the long & short-term production plan to ensure balanced service, working capital targets and operational efficiencies at LDC & associated co-packer(s).
• Collaborate with US & International markets to define production plan and order shipments in line with forecast requirements
• Maintain capacity plan for bottling line(s), monitor/communicate saturation challenges based on planned line performance/targets & partner with Bottling leadership to drive solutions to production planning challenges.
• Ensure Finished goods target stock position is maintained, and any deviations are communicated
• Evaluate and communicate impacts from any supply disruption
• Key-point of contact for master data accuracy and timeliness for all new innovations, geo-extensions & continuous improvement projects.
• Drive production planning and run strategy improvements with Bottling, Processing and Logistics teams
• Monitor bulk liquid needs and assist in determining order quantities with Processing Team.
• Support Logistics & planning team on challenges related to material supply, bulk supply, logistics & transportation as needed
• Ensure proper goods movements in SAP in accordance with SOX compliance
• Prepare & maintain any documents required for export coordination of finished goods in compliance with TTB & Customs/Excise regulations
• Track, monitor and communicate KPI’s: Order Fill Rate (OFR), Plan achievement, line saturations, stock levels (DIOH), etc.
• Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable Safety, Quality and Environment regulatory considerations and Bacardi’s SQS Codes of Practice.

• Proficient/advanced experience in SAP/APO & Excel-based tools
• BA/BS degree required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing environment, supply chain/Operations
• SAP/APO Experience – Proficient to Advanced
• Strong analytical skills in excel-based tools
