Medi Home Health & Hospice , a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, currently seeks a Part-Time / 32-Hour Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for our Home Health patients in Suffolk, Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Norfolk and Portsmouth Counties, VA.

• Provide physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines.
• Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
• Treats clients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance using appropriate physical therapy treatments and procedures within the plan of care.
• Monitor patient's response to treatment and modify treatment as indicated in accordance with physician's orders.
• Interpret and communicate evaluation findings to patients, family and other staff members.
