Key Role:
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive operational assessment program. Improve the responsiveness of staff support by serving as a feedback mechanism for the progression of stated Military Information Support Operations (MISO) campaign plan objectives. Provide responsive research, analysis, recommendations, and staff products that are fully integrated with combatant command objectives and guidance. Provide continuity, improved synchronization, and process improvement for assessments reporting. Use assessments to support data transformation, integration, and visualization, and use predictive modeling to support decision making and the planning process. Additionally, function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in quantitative and qualitative assessments of MISO activities and assist coordination between various directorates for planning and operational purposes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience preparing and presenting briefings at the general officer level
- Experience with program management
- Experience with Psychological Operations (PSYOP), military intelligence, public affairs, or strategic communication
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research analysis
- Knowledge of data science concepts and application to mission requirements
- Ability to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
- Active passport with at least 6 months validity for the purposes of visa applications
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience working internationally
- Experience at the U.S. military combatant command or component level
- Experience with joint planning and interagency coordination
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
